Rhodie offers 1:1 coaching for developing an individualized playbook for mental performance. She works with college and high school level athletes to overcome negative self-talk, develop a personal performance philosophy, build better self-trust and confidence, bounce back from setbacks, and develop mindset tools to create daily mental fitness habits.

Carrie Potoff

Carrie offers 1:1 therapy and performance coaching, specializing in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT). She is a Certified Cognitive Behavioral Therapist through the Academy of Cognitive Therapy.  

Carrie works with children, teenagers, and young adults competing in sports, at all levels from club level to Division I. She helps athletes understand how their mindset  can influence their performance. By fostering courage, self-awareness, and perseverance, Carrie guides athletes in applying sustainable mental strategies to reach their goals.  

Carrie advises teams, coaches, and small groups on enhancing mental performance in sports and creating environments where athletes can thrive.  

Adriana Gatti Liberatore

Adriana offers 1:1 nutrition coaching for athletes looking to fuel their bodies for peak performance. She works with high school and college athletes to develop personalized fueling strategies that support energy, endurance, and recovery—on and off the field. With a root-cause, functional nutrition approach, Adriana helps athletes understand how to properly nourish their bodies to meet the demands of training, avoid burnout, and optimize long-term performance. She guides clients in balancing blood sugar, reducing inflammation, and using food strategically to feel stronger, more focused, and more resilient.
